Have been to this salon for years. I have had a few complaints over the years but not like this one . The person cutting my hair never once let me see what he was doing to my head. The clippers he used left burn marks on my neck for days… obviously dull or dirty blades. Worst haircut ever. Nothing like my request. This person obviously does not strive to make the customer satisfied and supposedly is the manager.
