My hair stylist person had moved to another county. So, I haven’t had a haircut in over a year. Was in Walmart shopping & stopped at this salon. Asked for someone to cut some long layers & frame my hair around my face. My hair is natural curly. I had straightened it earlier that morning. A person named Kourtney attempted to do something along the lines of what I asked. She never offered me a mirror to look at the back. I just put my hair up in a ponytail after leaving. Later that evening I brushed my hair out & was horrified! The sides are not layered, blunt cut to my shoulders & the back forms a V shape like a long mullet. I’ve called 3 times since this morning and no one is answering. I have a wedding shower to attend in 2 weeks & a wedding in 8 weeks. They took my money plus a tip but can’t take my calls to fix what they messed up?? Oh my word! I will never be back in this place!! Very poor service.

I made an appointment very last minute yesterday & they were able to get me in, I was a very platinum blonde and decided that for the fall/winter I wanted to go dark so I show my stylist exactly what I want and she exceeds all my expectations, she was so nice & did exactly what I wanted. Brought my mom for perm and cut at 130p, asked if I could get a cut well was told maybe while she’s getting her perm. All three stylists were busy up until 4p. It after 430p, no other customers, still working on my moms hair and as of yet haven’t been offered to cut my hair…too busy on Internet, phone and talking about other potential clients (not in a good way). I will sit, let them finish my mom and not darken this door ever again! The one who checks you in with purple hair, very rude and condescending in her interactions with customers…not a happy camper. 445p we are leaving at checkout girl says thank you very much to which I reply your welcome and maybe next time y’all have time to do my hair cut…no other customers since 4p…

They gave me exactly what I wanted, but I could have done without the stylist showing me how big an inch is on her comb. I know how big an inch is. That’s why I asked for less than half an inch trimmed. The other stylist was more polite, but mine was overtly condescending. Oh well…the haircut was okay, so no complaints there.

Horrible experience, took my 3 year old daughter to the salon today to get her hair cut, she was so excited!!! We were told it would be 15 minutes as one young lady was ahead of us. We sat in the waiting area where we were instructed to go by the staff. Once the young lady waiting was done a lady with her two grandchildren came in, she was a regular client I guess so they took her granddaughter before us. I was like ok maybe it’s because she needed that stylist, so I’m sure we’ll be up next. At this point our wait was around 35 minutes. The other stylist was still working on someone. Once she was done with foiling her client which was now around 50 minutes I was like great were up. Then another lady came in and brought her daughter the stylist automatically took her and started working on her. I politely asked how much longer it would be for my daughter. The stylist said well you should have been next… then said nothing… didn’t apologize didn’t say hey you need to take care of them first… nothing!!! Needless to say I’m upset, so I asked for the managers name and number. Finally I got a pathetic sorry ma’am! I work with customers everyday if I ran my business this way I wouldn’t have one! I called the manager and left a message of course no call back… if you want a good experience go right down the street to Great Clips they treated my daughter like a princess and I can’t thank them enough for making her smile after all this!
