Critical: Quality, ValueI asked the hair dresser to cut off just a couple inches and layer it. She did fine on cutting it to the length that I wanted, but hacked away at my hair when it came to the layers. It feels awful and thin and ended up way shorter than I asked. I will never go back to a smart style again. I shouldn’t have gone in the first place.

Told the lady how I wanted it cut. Normal about an inch and a half long all over then trimmed around ear and the back. Made no difference. Got butchered with clippers then left some 6 inches long. Then charged for shampoo that never happened extra. Beware. And yes they made me cuss.
