It’s okay. Obviously, they can’t hire anybody because there’s only one hair stylist. She was really nice but seem more like in a rush to get to as many people as possible then to make sure she was doing a good job on my hair. I might go there again in a pinch, but it’s pretty obvious that they are struggling to find good people. It looked old.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBooked a haircut for 1:45 and got there at 1:35 only to find a hand written note on the closed door saying they were on break till 2:30. Why were 1:45 and 2:00 options on the website? I look my break to make the time and now I’m walking around with Hobbit hair. Won’t be back !

Critical: ProfessionalismI am from out of town. I made an appointment on line. When I arrived at my appointment I was told they were booked and could not take me. By this time other salons had closed and I could not get in with anyone else. Very disappointed and will not be using smart styles in the future.
