I made a hair cut appointment for 10:am Saturday, October 8, 2022. Arrived 7 minutes early. Was told my stylist Lanette, had not arrived, but was on the way. At 10:20 she still had not arrived. I was told by another stylist she had a second job styling deceased people’s hair too. That was not my problem, she should have been at Smart Style salon inside of West Monroe Walmart on time. At 10:25 she arrived, with a negative attitude toward me because I stated my time was valuable too, and it was not okay to have me waiting. She attempted to argue with me. Unprofessional! She did not say good morning, but rather started to defend how valuable her time was as well. She could have apologized for being late, but did not. I stated that I will never return there again. I took my business to another hair salon.
