Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWas going in hopes to get my natural hair treated booked an appointment for wash cut and style starting at $69.97, well once I got my hair washed and sat under the drier the hair dresser informed me to twist my hair out it would be $144, I was so confused because a relative had just got the same style for 70 dollars a day earlier. I didn’t agreei to price so i just said I would get my ends clipped. To get a wash and my ends clipped was 55 dollars, I also didn’t get a receipt i truly believe the prices were made up and money was pocketed. The lady was clearly ready to go she got off at 3:00 seen how full my hair was and to get out of it she made up a price that she KNEW i wouldn’t pay so that I could leave. Very lazy and not fair she let me leave out the salon with water dripping down my neck after I paid the 55 didn’t put any product on my hair or make it presentable to go out into the public. Definitely don’t recommend at all !!!! Was going in hopes to get my natural hair treated booked an appointment for wash cut and style starting at $69.97, well once I got my hair washed and sat under the drier the hair dresser informed me to twist my hair out it would be $144, I was so confused because a relative had just got the same style for 70 dollars a day earlier. Crystal was washing a customers hair and said it would be a little while longer so we decided to sit and wait. She got mad bc we decided to wait. My 5 year old daughter was on the other side of the gate playing with my 10 month old in the buggy.
