I asked her how much it would be to get a blow out, i was told $33 total with haircut included. i told her to proceed. When I was getting to pay, I was given a balance of $69.94, I immediately asked why? she said it’s because I have a lot of hair WHICH SHE SAW when she originally gave me the price of $33. I had a appointment yesterday for 1:00 I was on time I waited at the counter for 5 min to be checked in only to find out the customer ahead of me was extremely late and the stylist that was cutting my hair had started on the client but had stepped out of the salon and didn’t know where she went or when she was coming back- so the lesson was you can be late still have your appt and the person who was on time get the punishment – I will never give them my business again – I never had this problem when Shantel was there you should have valued her more – close your doors until you can figure this out -poor service at best!!!!

She work the register do her customers and a customer that was there for another stylist that was more than a hour late. She is amazing!! Hours include Sundays starting from 12 to 6 however no one showed to open the salon in Prairieville. One of the Walmart store employees said this is not the first Sunday they have remained closed. I guess SmartStyle likes losing money.

The styles, Keisha, was so rude and unprofessional. She reeked of cigarette smoke. She argued with me about the price of a service that I’ve received twice before. She charged me much more for the same service. Just completely ripped me off. I will not be returning to this location.
