Positive: QualityJamica Charles is the best stylist in the establishment. She very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. She listens to the client and makes sure they leave satisfied. Her professionalisms is unmatched and I have been to several other smart style stores before making Ms. Charles my stylist.Unfortunately she was unavailable when I needed to go out of state for a family issue when i let the store manager perform a simple wash, blowout and style. My hair was damaged from the blow drying process to the styling process. She several times burned me while blow drying and styling my hair. I’m of mixed race and have (Good Hair) she meaning the manager even commented that my hair was basically straight like her sisters, and she still damaged my hair. It smelled burned during and after my styling. I left very unsatisfied put paid anyway. I only use Paul Mitchell products on my hair shampoos, conditioners and gels which I purchase from this store. My hair was damaged severely Ms. Charles had to perform a major cut and deep conditioning.
