Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs I told the amazing woman who cut and styled my hair for me, this was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had getting my hair cut. She was the first hair stylist I have ever had that didn’t attempt to rip my hair out of my scalp. She did an amazing job at giving me the exact cut I wanted. To be honest, I probably could have taken a nap while she took care of my hair because she was so gentle. We had a wonderful conversation and she made me feel so comfortable as though she has been the person cutting my hair for my entire life. I’ve never felt so comfortable with anyone cutting my hair. As I told the amazing woman who cut and styled my hair for me, this was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had getting my hair cut. She was the first hair stylist I have ever had that didn’t attempt to rip my hair out of my scalp. She did an amazing job at giving me the exact cut I wanted. To be honest, I probably could have taken a nap while she took care of my hair because she was so gentle. We had a wonderful conversation and she made me feel so comfortable as though she has been the person cutting my hair for my entire life. I’ve never felt so comfortable with anyone cutting my hair. Ms. Brown is definitely amazing and I will be going back to see her every time I need something done to my hair!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have extremely kinky 4c hair went in for a silk press and color, keep in mind i was well aware of the tangles in my hair as well as this one particular stylist she even exaggerated the fact that it would cost more because of the time it would take to detangle I agreed to the up charge and she did as well, well not even 10 minutes into her detangling my Hair she decided she didn’t want to service me, and stated “if somehow I manage to detangle my hair i can come back and she can do it then. First of all your the stylist your getting paid for this secondly it’s your job, you accepted the challenge and put a extra price before i even sat in your chair.. then maybe 2 inches into combing out my hair you decide it’s going to take too long and you don’t want to do it. Positive: Professionalism, QualityMs. Anita at Gonzales Walmart (308 N. Airline), was amazing. The service that I requested was a deep treatment and flat iron and the stylist who originally offered to do my hair (Evelyn) was horrible. I told her not to use a protein conditioner on my hair, in which she insisted that I needed one. In fact, I did not. When she began to detangle my hair and blow dry, she was very rough and honestly did not know what she was she doing. My hair is already fine, yet she continued to put lots of product on my hair. She blow dried and tried to straighten damp hair. I told her it was sizzling and burning. She ignored me and insisted that it was doing so because of a product. When she continued straightening it, it was noticeably very rough and hard to touch. It was also very sticky because of the product build up. She got upset with me and asked for the manager (Ms. Anita). Thank God she did this. I couldn’t have been happier. Ms. Anita was truly amazing in helping me to become satisfied and happy. She was professional and knew exactly what my hair needed. She took over and was a joy to work with. It is no wonder she is manager. Ms. Evelyn who now seemed upset with me begin making rude comments about being extra but no one should feel complacent in getting their hair done improperly. Ms. Evelyn should not be working at Walmart smart style with that attitude and in professionalism. She had her daughter with her and was yelling at her as well.Ms. Anita at Gonzales Walmart (308 N.
