Not happy about the service I got. Paid over $50 to have my hair cut and styled. It took my mom pulling a Karen to cut it properly. Then she wound up cutting 8 more inches off my hair instead of the three that I wanted and she didn’t even style it…. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

First called the salon to ask if there was a wait time, the stylist Cathy answered and was SO polite after 2 salons before answered the phone rudely. When I came in she introduced and immediately began looking at my hair and discussing with me what I wanted to do. The whole experience was overall great and most hair stylists are not nearly as professional as Cathy at SmartStyles!

Terrible! First they did a bad highlighting job (done by the rude manager). It was full of spots. Then they offered to fix it another day and it was actually done pretty well by Aunjelle. But the next time I went back and got my hair cut they messed that up too. It was so uneven that I had to get it fixed at another salon. Overall- TERRIBLE.
