Critical: QualityI do not recommend going to Shone. I had my hair cut and colored. My color has so many issues. At first I thought it was good until I tried the next day to pull just the front back in a clip. You can see what looks like steps on one side of my head and a big slant on the other side where the foil was to my scalp on one end and over an inch from the scalp at the other end. In my opinion if you have been doing colors for 12 years as she claims, this shouldn’t happen unless you are just being careless and rushing. Very very dissatisfied and for the amount of money I paid one would expect to have a good job done. I had an appointment today for coloring at 5:30pm. When I arrived the woman that was there was very rude. When I told her I have an appointment, she said at 5:30 for coloring in an angry tone. I told her yes, she said we don’t color after 3. I told her, I had an appointment, I’m not a walkin asking for coloring. She then agreed to color my hair. She asked which color. Every color I said… she said no. She could only do brown. My hair is already brown. Why would I pay for my natural color? I ended up leaving. I would never allow someone that rude to work on my head or pay money to a business that allows their employees to be rude to customers for no reason. I will never return.
