Went in for a cut and wash and style .She wet hair down with water in a bottle and never washed. Then a lady had to stop her and tell her how to cut it and to section it off . Then charged me for the cut ,wash,and style .I will never go back.Worst hair cut ever .When a customer tells you they want a cut ,wash and style that’s what should be done .Don’t charge a customer for services that they didn’t get .I told her I wanted it washed and she said it would be extra but she never shampoo and conditioner my hair at all.Never will I use any Wal-Mart hair salon again.

Hairstylist was not friendly or approacable I made an appointment the prior day and just needed a trim since I keep my sides buzzcut she missed several spots as well as rushed through the whole process I was the only customer at the time and there were several stylist their at the time and I’m leaving this review, because my wife who has never cut hair in her life bought a pair of clippers and did a far better job than this business because I went in for a simple touchup so easy and they screwed it up some howwould not recommend it was also very expensive for only being in the salon for 8 minutes
