Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve never been so disappointed!! I wanted to cry when I took a look at my hair. Went in for highlights. Got lots of orange, yellow, and even a couple spots of green. The first woman did this. The second woman, who was supposed to be “fixing” it, well her solution was to bleach all my hair. It’s absolutely horrible. I was charged $110 to be embarrassed to even walk out of the store. I should’ve known something was wrong when one of them asked me to pay before the other blow-dried. I’ve never been asked to pay before I was done. It was just an all around bad experience and I will NEVER step foot in that place again. I’ll be honest: I wasn’t holding out much hope. But I was desperate for a cut, and my mom was happy to keep my toddler occupied so I could run in while they were shopping. Sabrina was the stylist working that day. She glanced at the picture I had saved on my phone (which was of a slightly modified angled bob) and quickly went right to work. No frills, no nonsense. She was fast and efficient. As a woman who is pretty picky about her hair, I was more than pleasantly surprised. She really did a great job. I was in and out of there in twenty or so minutes (didn’t need a wash or style, as I was just trying to get back to my kiddo ASAP). I’m very pleased with my haircut, and will definitely go back and see Sabrina.
