Critical: Quality, ValueI was warned that this place its poorly managed and usually doesn’t do a good job. I’m new in town so I wanted to try it anyways.First time they did a okay job on my hair cut.Second time I went for hair cut + color. WOW they literally bleached my hair and that’s it. My hair is originally black but I have highlights. The person who did my hair clearly didn’t know anything about coloring. Very disappointed. I left the place with a red root and the rest of the hair blonde. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff at SmartStyle are great! I have had cuts from several stylists, and they never fail to deliver. My most recent experience was (today) with Shy. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the visit very comfortable. The place was very well-kept and orderly. The staff at SmartStyle are great! I have had cuts from several stylists, and they never fail to deliver. My most recent experience was (today) with Shy. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the visit very comfortable. The place was very well-kept and orderly. The value for the services here cannot be beat! Check them out! I contacted Tammy who did the horrible job on me but no one called me back. I called again a few days later and someone named Stephanie said that it wasn’t the salons responsibility because I had signed a so called “release form” basically buyer beware. I should have went to the local beauty college and would have been treated better. I came in for a virgin relaxer service, cut, and hair style. I left with severe chemical burns on my temples, scalp, and ears. I contacted Tammy who did the horrible job on me but no one called me back. Had an appointment with the color stylist at 10, I got there at like 920, she finished the person she had in her chair and got me in and going very quickly, she was very friendly and did and AMAZING job!!!!!
