Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m always kind of apprehensive about going to a new stylist. I’ve had 2 very bad hair cuts, from places before, where I came home and cried afterwards. My regular stylist still hasn’t reopened since the Covid. So when my son’s friend recommended this place i was apprehensive, but willing to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. My stylist was Kenya, she was very sweet, and soft spoken and did a fantastic job on my hair. The color came out exactly how I wanted it and she took her time, to make sure the cut was how I wanted it, also. I would highly recommend her for your hair needs. Thank you Kenya !! I’m always kind of apprehensive about going to a new stylist. I’ve had 2 very bad hair cuts, from places before, where I came home and cried afterwards. My regular stylist still hasn’t reopened since the Covid. So when my son’s friend recommended this place i was apprehensive, but willing to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. My stylist was Kenya, she was very sweet, and soft spoken and did a fantastic job on my hair. Can you describe a hair cut as life altering? Because I came in a mess and left feeling beautiful. My cut. My new layers. My color. My highlights. My new accessories she suggested. I’m am now a loyal customer. I love my hair and I feel so much better. She did an amazing wonderful job.I came in very depressed. I just lost a patient. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhats the point of having an online appointment scheduling system? I made an appointment over an hour ago, drove 30 minutes to get to this location. When I arrived there was 2 people waiting and still 20 minute before my scheduled appointment, i was turned away. I was told they were busy all day and they was tired and wouldnt be able to close on time. That is very unprofessional! Whats the point of having an online appointment scheduling system? I made an appointment over an hour ago, drove 30 minutes to get to this location. When I arrived there was 2 people waiting and still 20 minute before my scheduled appointment, i was turned away.
