Critical: ProfessionalismI’m tired of the repeated defamation of character and slandering of my name to my former clients by Peggy who is the manager of the Kenner Smartstyles. I have been repeatedly told that she keeps saying I was fired and stealing from the company. I quit the company due to poor leadership by our district leader and tired of beating my head against the wall when I brought urgent matters to upper management that they just brush off (I.e. discrimination & harassment matters, etc). I had a paper trail on multiple employees that were stealing and doing shady things, and the result was them being transferred from the store to another store so she could keep her bonus.Also, I ran into a former client that told me she was told by Peggy that one of my former co-workers were being sued because she supposedly burned someone’s scalp.
