I did a last minute appointment at this location due to another salon being over booked. I got a lot of my hair cut off so I was very nervous to see the end result. Critical: ProfessionalismCalled earlier that morning to inquire about hair braiding. Just a simple style so that I could add crochet braids in. I had my hair braided at this store before. Explained that I was working and needed to come in later that day. I was told that they could accommodate me. Went in around 5:30pm the same day, and stylist told me that she does not braid hair. There was only one customer in the store, a little girl, getting her hair done at the time. The stylist told me to come back in the morning when there were more stylist available.
