Great experience! Have had a hard time finding a stylist here in Hays that listens to what you want and cuts my hair right. I had a more than satisfactory experience with Jessica. Horrible experience! They COMPLETELY BOTCHED his poor hair! I took my son there to get his school haircut. It was a fairly basic cut, short fade, little longer on top with a hard part line. I even showed her a picture of him with the exact same haircut from a few months ago when he had it! She glanced at the picture, spent at the most 7 minutes with him and my jaw dropped when he came around the corner and she said “is that short enough?” The fade is not even a good fade, you can see clear lines between lengths! And she cut his forehead with the clippers so now he gets to go to his new school in 2 days with a cut on his face. It looked so bad, I just paid and left. I am taking him elsewhere this evening to get it fixed!
