I can’t believe this location is still open. After getting my haircut at this location for years I quit going even though I really like my stylist. She had to continually pause to answer the phones and help people that walked in to make appointments though and that was very frustrating. I tried to make an appointment a couple of months ago and left a couple of messages and never received a call back. Today I tried calling again today just to see if I got anyone and get transferred to voicemail once again. This location has not been getting good reviews and the only response I see to the complaints is thank you for your feedback because it will help improve our service. Obviously that isn’t happening. Stop lying to people and do something about your business.

Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an online appt. , drove 45 miles, arrived early and it was cancelled a few minutes before I checked in. The girl said she was the only one working for the next 3 days and she didn’t have time to cut my hair. Completely irresponsible to give all your staff off at the same time. This was an expensive no cut trip.

3 times I have taken my boys in to get a haircut. And was told it would be 2+ hours to wait. Took them today at 4:35 and was told it would be 6:30. Even tho both employees there were not working. Apparently Smart Style is by appointment only now. Will never be going back after the POS employee yelled at me that I need to make an appointment.
