I have gotten haircuts at this place before and don’t have any complaints about that but I have been calling every 15 to 20 minutes trying to make an appointment for today or tomorrow and someone eventually took the time to pick the phone up and set it down so it would stop ringing. Not impressed with the work ethic at all. They should be trying to bring people in and make money off them not disrespecting customers by hanging up on us.

Even though the salon is very short staffed, which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the workers, they are doing everything they can to tend to their clients and put their clients first. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI come here often since it’s a good place if you need a service done last minute but I’m never going back..Everytime I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here they get butchered even after I express to them I don’t want them thin and small. I also got highlights done and they are very uneven and not blended at all! One side of my head has a ton more highlights than the other and when I got home and took a shower all of the blonde turned into a muddy blonde shade and the silver/blonde that was in it disappeared as someone who went to cosmo school I don’t understand how that happen. Their staff is rude and just sit on their phones most of the time and appears very unprofessional if you were seeing them from outside the salon. They raised their prices on hair cuts recently and their quality is not worth the price tag. I honestly don’t know how they are up and running still and getting customers. Called and scheduled a Sunday morning appointment as walk-in are 2-3hours out every-time I go in. I was on time according to my clock and according to theirs I was 3min late, even though I had expressed the urgency of the appointment (close friends funeral later that day) and left my phone number in case they had any schedule changes because I had 30+ min commute they made no effort to contact me and told me I’d have to wait hours until they’d have another opening. The lady was rude and of no help obviously didn’t read the note attached or didn’t care, made no attempt to contact or to be helpful. Complete waste of my time and a very unprofessional refusal to participate in any sort of customer service on their end. 10/10 would not recommend.

First of all, it was wayyyy to expensive. It was my first ever experience getting my hair done professionally and I am terribly disappointed. They absolutely fried my hair, I had a previous color on it and they didnt remove all of it. They were really rough and nearly burned my scalp. Only one girl was working and I want to be understanding but they had the worst customer service. I felt awful. I wouldn’t ever reccomend going there and I dont think I’ll ever go to a salon again.
