Critical: PunctualityI went to my scheduled appt that I made 4 days ago and called to verify yesterday. They said today that they don’t take online appt before 1230 but they just verified yesterday afternoon on the phone when I called to make sure. It looked they took walk ons over someone that was trying to pay for a pamper me package.
