Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueTerrible haircut. The stylist watched TV the whole time she was cutting my hair. I could tell she was totally inexperience/uncomfortable cutting my hair (Asian hair). Ended up with a total hack job with uneven patches of hair all over my head and a terrible job on my neckline.
