Critical: Qualitywalked into my local walmart at about 3:15 pm on December 26, 2021. the stylist had a client in the chair so I asked her how long the wait would be, she replied with “about thirty minutes”.she asked me for my contact information so she could get me into the system so they could let me know that it was my turn to get a haircut.I waited my thirty-minute wait inside the store. walked to my car and waited another thirty minutes for a text to come through saying it was my turn for a haircut.When I returned to the store after an hour wait, the stylist had another customer in her chair. Critical: QualityHair was not cut even, has long straggly pieces everywhere! I went in a while ago to get my hair cut to donate. It was a simple straight cut that I figured she could handle. I wanted the donation minimum of 10 inches cut off and then for her to just even out the ends. When all was said and done my hair was way shorter than it needed to be, I even asked her before hand to leave it as long as possible. She had actually cut off 14 inches of my hair to donate and then another 2 inches to even out the ends. I don’t think my hair needed an extra 2 inches cut to even out the ends. She even cut it shorter in the back “to add depth” even though my hair is extremely thick and didn’t need it. Now it’s just bushy. I will never get my hair cut here again, not even a simple trim.
