My stylist was Charlotte. Do not schedule with her!! I had called and made an appointment for my baby shower the lady kept stopping and taking appointments answering calls the whole time (there were other stylists who could have done it) knowing I had to be done by a certain time she lied to me on the phone said it would be 28 to curl or 38 if I wanted it washed and curled she over charged me then pretended to not be the person who I talked to when it was scheduled. I would go anywhere else they do not conduct business as a salon should. or definitely don’t schedule with Charlotte. Would love for the owner to reach out and make this right

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLast time I made an appointment and the salon failed to call me and tell me the stylist had to leave due to illness. Waited an hour past my appointment time. Today I came back with an appointment and an hour of waiting I left and went to the structure salon across the street where I was seen right away. As I waited that hour for my appointment that never happened I listened to the stylist complain over and over how she was not scheduled enough time for all she had to do that day. KNowing this she could have called me before hand to tell me of the delay but rather chose to let me show up and sit and sit and sit. Eli saved the day after the independence location completely let us down. The independence location didn’t call us to let us know our stylist had to leave and their replacement was a no call no show. We had made the appointment a month prior for a full color with highs and lows for an important day. Luckily I quickly called around while waiting on the no call no show stylist at independence and Eli had an opening for us. So happy with the time and effort that Eli put into my hair the coloring came out so natural and beautiful. And the cut and style made me feel great. Thank you Eli!
