The gentleman did not ask me if I wanted it washed. He didn’t even look at the picture I was showing him.. When he took the comb to my hair somehow he got ahold of my diamond earrings stud and pulled it out of my ear. That hurt Really bad. The hairstyle looks like he put a bowl on my head and cut it. He didn’t even let me look at the back to see if I even liked it which I do not like it. I really think I need my money back and the tip. This was the 1st time I ever had a guy cut my hair and it will be the last is last.

I love the girls at Branson West SmartStyle. They all do a great job. My girl is Crystal. She is amazing with color and cuts. I have a hundred options for a beautician closer to me, but I drive 45 minutes out of my way for her to do my hair. Stop by or give them a call. I won’t go any place else. When you find a great beautician that’s a BIG DEAL to me!!! So worth the trip. Crystal you rock it every time.
