No greeting… not a single word of acknowledgement, even after both stylist made eye contact w/ me. Did some shopping, came back approximately 30 minutes later. One of the stylist had finished w/ a customer. When I asked about getting a child’s haircut. The stylist was rude and stated both stylist were booked for the rest of the day. She never attempted or offered an appointment for the future. I took note that no one was inside the salon, waiting at the time. We waited outside the salon area, talking about our options for getting my son’s hair cut for approximately 15 to 20 minutes… you guessed it… not a single person walked into the salon. Honestly, I’m glad this happened. I have never spent money w/ your company and today experience guarantees I never will.
