Walked in and requested cuts for the family – there are four of us. The only person on duty said she had a 1:00 appt but would be able to get at least one of us done. Her appt never showed up and she was able to get us all hair cuts in under 45 minutes – two of our family are children ages 5 and 2. I have no idea, as to why this is showing a Branson, Missouri location for SmartStyle Salon. I did not review this location nor have I ever been a customer there. I did do a review on SmartStyle in Wal-Mart recently, but it was the location in Blue Springs, Missouri and the reason for the bad review is simple. I made an appointment for myself & husband after work one evening and after rushing to the appointments to be on time, my husband and I arrived to find the place closed! No call from anyone, as to why the place was closed and no signage on the doors, absolutely NOTHING! So needless to say, I WILL NEVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT NOR COUNT ON SMARTSTYLES IN BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI FOR ANY OF MY HAIR CARE NEEDS. NOR MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS! AND I WILL MOST DEFINITELY TELL ANYONE & EVERYONE THAT I CAN, HOW UNPROFESSIONALLY WE WERE TREATED! Also, not one person from the Blue Springs location, to this day has contacted us, with an explanation, apology, etc., cause if there had been an unforseen situation we would have been understanding and most appreciative of the communication. BUT, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
