I went to this hair salon at approx. 5:30pm and was told that I was the first walk-in, but I was asked to come back at 6:30pm. I did a lil shopping around and came back a lil early around 6:23, and the lady told me to come back at 6:45pm because she had another walk-in… So looking bewildered, I told the lady that I was her 6:30, and then she told me that I had a lady before me. I chose not to argue when I saw that her other walk-in was an older Caucasian woman… Just wasn’t worth the argument!

Waited at the front for someone to greet me and ask if I had an appointment or anything and the two employees stood over at one of their sections laughing and paying no attention to the front desk . I told the girl (long orange hair) I wanted my hair trimmed and then with longer layers, I kid you not I was in the chair for maybe 3 minutes, she then says “so what do you think”, I asked her if she was finished, she says “yes”, I asked hher if even cut my hair, my hair looked exactly the same as when I walked in, there wasn’t even any noticeable hair on the floor, I just tried to be civil about it and basically donated $20 to that company. I should have known better, but I’ll never go back there and would not recommend that place or at least not with the girl with the long orange hair that didn’t do anything noticeable to my hair.

So I really recommend Tessa i always come in with box dyed hair and she can always fix it and its kinda sad how a bunch of yall blame them for not doing it perfect but they tell you they can’t always base it off a Google photo and stuff and some things they can’t do but these women work there butts off trying and not all are the best but I really give props evrrytime I walk out of there I am satisfied and happy

They recommend that you check in ONLINE but don’t tell you when you call. I asked if I needed to make an appointment or anything and explained that we would be driving 30mins to make sure that we would be able to get the cut AND the response was NO PROBLEM WE CAN DO IT AND NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Drove the 30mins to get a hair cut BUT NO hair cut or any openings BC we didn’t check in online.
