Worst experience with Jillian strongly don’t recommend her I told her I wanted a small trim and held up how much hair about a half inch this lady chopped 3 to 4 inches off my hair while talking her jaws off it’s so choppy and looks horrible now I need to go to someone that knows how to cut hair to get it fixed. she tried saying u said 2 inches no lady I did not!!! And there’s way more then 2 inches cut off anyway!!

I took my daughter here last week, we made an appointment it was for 9am ,We get there and the lady has an attitude problem and was so rude , however she did a great job on my daughters hair. But the way I see it, if she didn’t want to be at work she shouldn’t have chose to do my child’s hair. Overall it was a horrible experience for my 10yr old.
