Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAmy was her name and she IS the manager! I went in for a baylage and she did a 40 volume on my hair and let it sit for 2 hours even after I asked after an hour if we should wash it. She said it was fine. After washing it out, it was so FRIED and she couldn’t even comb through it and chunks were falling out. She then proceeds to cut my hair and my hair was so long and pretty and to the middle of my back and she BUTCHERED it. And my suppose to be baylage looked like zebra stripes in my hair! I was so upset and had a terrible feeling in my stomach. She then asked if I wanted to color it back brown and we did. Well it didn’t take all the blonde and she cut my hair again even shorter butchering the layers more. I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE and I should not have been!! It has taken me $500 to fix my hair by color correcting it and adding extensions. People made fun of me and said I had a MULLET. I cried for 2 days over this. I then have called her TWICE asking for a refund because it’s not fair I’m having to pay for her mistake. SHE IS THE MANAGER and keeps telling me she has to ask her boss if she can refund me but NEVER calls me back. So unprofessional! Amy was her name and she IS the manager! I went in for a baylage and she did a 40 volume on my hair and let it sit for 2 hours even after I asked after an hour if we should wash it. Took the wife twice for a simple cut. Didn’t make an appointment and glad we didn’t. Both times the young girl working there was just sitting playing with her phone. We asked about a cut and she said someone was coming in for an appointment and could get us in three hours . She really acted like she did not want to work at all.
