If shown a picture and you say you can do the cut but in reality you cannot, just simply DONT do it!! This lady did the total opposite of what I showed her, and I’m stuck w an awful haircut. I look like Dora the explorer. 🙁 I’m just glad I didn’t go with my original style that involved a razor. She was friendly enough so that’s a plus. I want a refund because this is ridiculous!

The hairdresser did an amazing job, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for. It also cost me about $170, which is CRAZY for a cut and lowlights. My normal hairdresser did it for $70.

I got exactly the haircut I asked for, however my son did not we showed a picture to make sure the haircut would be right, and then a haircut look nothing like the picture,still had to pay $22. Now I have to take my son somewhere else to get his hair fixed, because if I take him back to Walmart they’ll charge me another $22 to fix it.
