I always had good experience there but not today. I Just left there. My husband hair looks horrible. She didn’t know what she was doing. I know the other girls there were standing around. Except 1 that was waiting for someone hair to process. I know they heard him say it don’t look right. No one offered to help her. He had to tell her his sides were uneven and still to long on top. She like your hair weird. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Destany Miller the manager here does fantastic work. I’ve gotten my hair colored multiple times here and the staff goes out of their way to do their best. Conversation is always enjoyable and although I was stuck in a chair for hours during each visit, they made it worth it.

Love how this store is NOT fanatical about enforcing corporate mask policy. Thank you! First haircut that I have been able to get in America in a year. Everyone says no. Feels so good to have a haircut. This is from someone who has gotten their haircut every couple weeks for pretty much their whole life but has not been permitted to for almost a year now. Never can seem to get in. Almost always overpriced and the few times I’ve been there I’ve had uneven haircuts or a dye job that I didn’t want nor like. A few years ago I had colored my blond hair with koolaide and they bleached my hair 3 times after I said just do it once then they dyed the underneath part that was pink a very dark brown that looked black. I was charged $135 that day that included the bleach I didn’t want in my hair.

Unsatisfactory doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. Not only was the manager getting her hair done by another stylist, she was on her phone the entire time and wasn’t paying attention to the brand new stylist doing my hair. The stylist I had was VERY nice, but she made harsh dye lines on my forehead, even after I explained to be careful as I was in a wedding the coming weekend. I had to scrub my forehead for three days to make it look presentable.
