Oksana was amazing!!! I have struggled so much with my hair in the past and had a not so reputable salon use splat! She managed to get the splat out and give me an amazing dye Job! I’ve been back to her several times since for styling and cuts. She’s definitely my go to. The salon is always clean and the people are extremely friendly. If I could give ten stars I would!!

I left there alright with my new hair style but quickly realized that the reason the stylist curled my hair was because she messed up the layers. The back if my head now looks like a toddler got to it with scissors and now I am stuck with my hair like this while it grows out. After spending the last few years growing it out its now ruined.

I’ll never trust this salon with my hair again. I came in for a touch up on my platinum hair. I had it done initially elsewhere but came to smart style for a touch up as it was much closer to my home. Despite quoting me $80 by phone for the touch up (which meant bleaching my new growth at the roots and a toner) they then quoted me $120 when I came in.

I went in for a straighten, no wash, nothing extra, just went to get my hair straightened. I had been before and it was nice! This time I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen, and they didn’t even finish. I had two people working on my hair toward the end because I had to leave. They did a poor job on the last half, I had to fix it myself when I got home. Then they charged me $30 for it! The last time I had paid $10 + a tip. I have never paid more than $15 anywhere for a straighten. Would not recommend!

I was overcharged. Twice I went and didn’t get what I asked for & was still required to pay full price. It was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience at all. I wanted a wash & blow dry. The stylists weren’t friendly. I gave 2 stars because out of 4 visits 2 visits were good. Those 2 were with the same person. If you go ask for Gretchen.

Had my hair cut here and while the lady was nice, the hair cut was not. I didn’t even notice just how bad it was until I got home and my dried. They didnt offer to blow dry or style it (I would have paid to have that done). The back is completely different lengths and there are chunks of hair that are 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair on the sides. I’m so disappointed and my hair is embarrassing at this point. I’m going to have it fixes somewhere else and will not be back. Went for a cute bob and ended up with a hack job.

TBH I think it’s bc they want you to get your hair cut there so that’s why they are taking their sweet time in ordering that product for you, well that will be a cold day in hell before that happens bc I don’t get my hair cut there bc they don’t know what their doing.
