Absolutely love the experience I had, the stylist knew exactly what she was doing and did an amazing job. I’ve always gotten regular natural looking highlights in the past and she asked how I would feel about trying cream/silver colored highlights and so I tried it and fell in love with my hair even more so then before! I’ve always gotten my eyebrows waxed and she did an amazing job waxing as well.

Not returning. Felt like stylist was in a hurry to get me out of there, even though there were two stylists and I was only one there. Did not style my hair as I asked, simply cut it and sent me on my way. I asked to have it styled but my request was ignored. And she didn’t even have to shampoo as I already had. She showed no interest in even suggesting a newer style or anything…she won’t go far. Probably just a job, not a passion.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Had an appt at 11:30am to get a hair cut and get my hair dyed silver and I didn’t leave until 5:30pm!!! I have a pixie cut so it shouldn’t have taken so long. I was there for 6hrs! My haircut was good. I was happy with it. But my hair was not silver it is grey. There’s a big difference as I have had my hair dyed silver multiple times and this isn’t it. And my hair still has blonde/gold through out it. There was no absolute reason for it to take 6 hrs for a trim on my pixie cut and to get my hair dyed with what little hair I have. The stylist was super sweet and I could see she felt really bad. But it wasn’t good customer service. I tipped her $20 because she did work on my hair literally all day… and I did like the hair cut. But I did not pay for the services. I also have blisters and rashes all over my scalp! I had called the salon to speak to the manager about the time I spent there yesterday and how my hair was not how I wanted it including the damage to my scalp and she was rude as all get out and told me I needed to come back in to pay for the services!! Excuse me?! I have blisters and sores all over my scalp (which hurt by the way), my hair is not even the way I wanted it, and I spent 6 hrs in the salon for something that only should’ve taken just a few hrs and you want me to come back in and pay for the service?! Heck no! I am not happy with the service therefore I’m not paying for it. My husband took pictures of my scalp. The pictures doesn’t even do it justice. I mean they are all over my head and thick. Some of my hair is stuck in side of the sores and Hair stuck together because of it. Terrible customer service and the manager is out of her mind. I do not recommend this salon. But if anyone wants great service I definitely recommend innovations salon! They have a great staff, friendly atmosphere, and they know what they’re doing!

I walked in and there were 2 stylist. One was busy the other was scrolling on her phone. I waited and waited and waited till I spoke up. I was just there for an eyebrow wax. Took 15 minutes to get on the chair another 20 minutes to actually get it done because she was busy talking horrible about another customer. She put a ring of wax around my entire eyebrows. Burnt my skin and said opps my bad. I just need them touched up. Then when I went to check out it took another 15 minutes because neither of them knew how to take the other services off of the ticket after she tried to charge me for a hair cut and blowout?? My regular stylist was on vacation. Next time I’ll wait. Horrible experience! Do not recommend!!
