Showed me about a half inch to cut of my hair because of split ends so I said okay I understand. Then they proceed to cut off around over an inch and my hair is so short I want to shave it off I regret ever cutting it I just sit here and look at pictures of when it was long and cry. I wanted to have it shaped and layered, not stripped away from me.

Very poor customer service. If you have any issues or complaints, there’s absolutely no contact information to their corporate office. I showed the stylist a picture of the style I wanted, she cut all my natural hair off. It took me over a year to grow my hair to get the style desired. She tried to blame me and said it was my fault because I was confused. I’ve also read Reviews about issues with the products they sell. I will never do business with them again!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife and I took two of our kids in for their first haircuts today, needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I paid $40 for two horribly done easy cuts that came out uneven and lazily done within a matter of 10 minutes! The stylist was very quiet when speaking so she was consistently asked to repeat herself. Not worth a single penny. It seems they were more interested in moving you in and out as quickly as possible rather then paying attention to detail and it shows in the quality. My wife and I took two of our kids in for their first haircuts today, needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I paid $40 for two horribly done easy cuts that came out uneven and lazily done within a matter of 10 minutes!
