The customer before me was sort of an awkward older gentleman with a quirky personality and I noticed how patient she was with him and how great she was talking to him. I have previously used this location and didn’t have a great experience either time. The whole time I was there it seemed I was a bother for even going. But having worked in service I know that every place has a bad day-no big deal. Today I took my son in around 3pm for a cut and was told there was a 2 or 3 hour wait because she had a perm to work on and have 3 people ahead of us that wanted a cut-they close at 6. The women who I spoke with had short multi-colored hair(honestly loved her hair) and again seemed like she just didn’t want to help us. No worries- we walked around Walmart for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We went back to the salon cause walking around Walmart=buying useless things and was informed that there was now 4 people ahead of us. Again seeming as if we were a bother for even being there. Everywhere is shorted staffed and it really sucks, I get it! But if you don’t have time to give your services, just say so. If she would of been upfront we would of had time to go somewhere else. Please have a sign in sheet in use to help track the waits. If you are needing hair service, please just go with a smaller salon in town.

I tried to cut my 5 yo daughter’s hair. 10/10 don’t recommend that. They were able to fix her hair and it looks so adorable now while keeping as much length as possible. She was amazing with my kids while she cut my hair as well. I wish I had gotten her name, but I was so relieved she fixed what I did, I just kept saying thank you!

Candice cut my hair and she did amazing! I had a punky long-ish mohawk when I walked in. I wanted my hair cut in that same shape, but in a weird specific way. I’m always scared to go to the hairdressers because I know they might talk me out of the cut since I like to keep it weird, but she didn’t she was very for it and was able to know exactly what I wanted! I had trouble explaining but she did a great job deciphering what I was trying to say. She even showed me how to use a product but wasn’t like pushy with it!!! I bought it it works great! Lol go to her she’s great!

I go in once to twice a month and get a fade done by Ms.House. she’s very nice, efficient and cares about what you want and need. Since I’m in the army my hair needs to meet a certain standard and with her cutting my hair, it does. Other staff members could use work on customer service

Had a friend take my son to get a cut because I was working. He gave her a $20, cut was $15.50! He gave her a $3 tip and she kept his change! So she got a $7.50 tip. I asked my son and friend that took him both said she did not give him his change and when I called she said she did. So that cut cost me $23! I’ll never go back again. I don’t appreciate someone taking advantage of a kid and then lying about it.
