I asked Stephanie to save as much of my hair as possible after a bleaching disaster. She was able to save quite a lot and I even had her take a little more. Also, gets me to rethink my requests in the chair, which is a good thing. Really worked with my damaged hair and salvaged a style. I’m impressed and grateful.

The staff are nice but I have a few issues. They take walk-ins which is fine but when you have an appointment they will sometimes take a walk-in first. That is a problem and defeats the purpose of an appointment. My second major issue is their punctuality! I always make my appointments for 9am which is when they open. I ALWAYS have to wait. Let me explain: shop opens at 9am, staff doesn’t show up until 9am or after, staff has to then count the register, set up their station, turn on lights etc. This should already be done and when 9am comes around you should open the door and be ready to go. Not here and it is unacceptable! I have since found another salon.
