Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a haircut had 3 pictures of the cut from all angles. Yes my hair is naturally curly. She cut the hair applied product and scrunches the hair up. The next day while getting ready for work I noticed the top was very long along with the sides. I shave had this cut many times. After further invention I had long sections throughout my hair and the top and sides did not get cut. I can’t believe the mess I am in. Due to my hours of work I have had wear this all week. Called and w-mailed the company and no reply. The salon acted as if they can’t make it right. NEVER again!!!!Heard from the manager Kim, given instruction to have the hair cut fixed at a salon and turn the receipt in at the salon for credit. I tried twice to turn in the receipt, the girls at the salon would not accept the receipt, they knew nothing about it. I finally sent it to her by phone but never heard anymore from her. The next day while getting ready for work I noticed the top was very long along with the sides. I shave had this cut many times. When you are open certain hours they should be honored. I walked in at 535 on a Sunday for a haircut and was told there wasn’t time. I wasn’t even asked what service I was needing. Which was just a basic haircut. No wash or anything extra. I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK, nor will I recommend service at this facility

I give 5 stars to who cut my fiance’s hair and did my eyebrows. What i DONT like is there was another girl told us we had to wait 20-30 mins. So my family and I went and picked a couple things up did it in a hurry to get back on time only took maybe 5-10 mins. When we got back they have already let another whole family go after telling us 20-30 mins. We waited almost an hour to get in. The girl who took care of us did a great job though.

They took my son in after a disastrous experience in a salon and were able to salvage the little bit of hair left on his head prior to the beginning of school. They were professional and went above and beyond to make him look presentable. Highly recommend them!

They were not professional. They didnt dress like they should be in a salon. messed my boyfriends hair up so bad. I will never take anyone back here ever again. They charge the same as any other salon, but will have you leave looking like a 2 year old cut your hair. I had to take him somewhere else right after just to fix it.

I won’t be back. Just stood at the counter while the lady cutting hair talked to a customer for 20 minutes solid without even acknowledging my presence. I finally asked where to sign in. Lady said “well, it’s gonna be about 35 minutes”. No one was in there! 1 worker! What ashame Walmart. What’s worse is, I called in to the home office to complain and was promised a call back from the district manager within 48 hours. That was about a week ago, no call. Shame.
