Aren’t the best with kids. Went to get our daughter’s haircut. Shes 4, she had some knots in her hair and when the hair stylist went to brush our daughter started crying and the hair stylist said no more haircut for our daughter. Stylist said her screaming and crying couldn’t help her concentrate.

Tonight is the THIRD time that I have set an apt for my kids to get a haircut, go in for the apt and there is only one worker there so they aren’t able to do the apt. She was extremely rough with unnecessarily pulling my hair and even pulled out the back of my cartilage earring and didn’t even let me get up to get it!! The outcome was horrible, she didn’t give me even close to what I asked for. There is splotches of hair dye every where she applied bleach and the hair color is extremely uneven. I showed the lady “Alice” what I wanted which was basically just a trim and color and I showed her a 360 picture of how I wanted it. I only gave one star because it made me. Not impressed at all. Waited in line for them to open. Lights turn on, open gates and was greeted by the unhappiest person alive. Was asked what I wanted and I said a trim please. Was promptly told that there was a wait. A wait? You just opened??? Yeah, but we are booked with appointments. Ok, where are these appointments??? Your turning away people who are here vs appointments who aren’t here yet.. When asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment I declined and will go elsewhere. I was desperate for a trim but if I have time to make an appointment I will go to a real salon and tip those stylists nicely. Your loss!
