I had an amazing experience with Lanie. My color is beautiful and what I asked for, it feels so healthy. When I asked for a very light trim because I liked my length, she completely respected that, was very friendly, kept me company, and just overall great experience. I think everyone feels a bit skeptical of a ‘walmart’ salon but this was great. Will definitely reschedule with her.

Have gone to this place many times over the years. Always left happy the girl who works during the day does a great job. Went in last night for haircuts for my girls, they are awful. The two girls at the salon I did not recognize but they were too busy dying each others hair to do a good job on my kids. They rushed through our visit I’m assuming to get back to what it is they were doing. My whole visit took ten mins. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my daughter hair cut and explain it to her more than once. It looks nothing like what I wanted it looks awful. I’m going to take her to a real salon to have it fixed. It was hard to tell what it was going to look like when it was wet I did ask her to add more layers because it didnt look right to me. She did but when it dries it just looked awful. I paid $30 for something I could have done myself at home. Really disappointed and wont go back.

The lady that cut my sons hair seemed very uninterested. I wouldn’t say rude since she barely talked, but she wasn’t nice either. There was also another lady that worked there that just sat on her phone the whole time and no one made conversation. It was very awkward. The trim she gave my son was good though.

50/50 of getting what you want. The staff acts like they don’t want to help or listen to what you want. I have had a few cuts and sometimes they come out nice…other times I feel like nothing was done. But of all, but one time, was the staff unfriendly or/and not caring about their work.

I love my stylist Dalanie has been doing my hair for years, and she is fabulous. There are also many more talented stylist here, and just because it’s Walmart doesn’t mean the quality is less. Find yourself a stylist that you jive with, and you’ll start loving the way that you look and the health of your hair. The staff is kind and greets you as you walk in, and are there to work with you to achieve the hair you want in the most realistic manner. This means you’re probably not going from black to blonde in a day.
