Hi–This weekend I needed an emergency fix-up for my long-neglected hair–a touch up for the gray, a burgundy colored swatch just for fun, a trim and style… 2 years of Covid had previously convinced me that if my nose and mouth were masked, nothing else about me mattered! But the stylist Brandy proved me wrong–she worked magic on my hair, even while juggling other clients. It all came out beautifully–way better than I thought it could. Brandy was fun to be with—personable, good conversationalist, really quick to pick up likes and dislikes—the other stylists were also really friendly and hip. Over all, I would rate this a SUPER DUPER experience in all ways.

I came in to get my daughter’s ends clipped today. I called and went over the pricing even before bringing her in, which they said it was going to be $16. After she was done doing my daughter’s hair she’s like it cost $60.. I then ask why so high? She then explained that she was charging me for them clipping her ends, blow drying and flat ironing my daughter’s hair. Mind you I only asked for her ends to be clipped. But the package online and in the store states that a cut, shampoo & full style (curling/ flat iron) costs $32.27. So again I ask, Why so much? SHELLY then states that my daughter is being charged extra because she has “Natural hair”. (I’m a Black American) I am in totally disbelief that I was over charged double because of the texture of my daughter’s hair. Unbelievable!!! Discrimination at its finest!!! I will not be coming here ever again.
