I got a simple thing. A wash and a cut. Paid damn near $40 for a haircut I didn’t want. Even showed a picture and they couldn’t even do that. Had gotten bangs that I haven’t had in awhile and told her where and how long I wanted them and she cut them too short. I will not go to that place again. I wouldn’t even take an animal to get groomed there.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Several times I’ve made appointments and show up early and never, not once, have I gotten a hair cut before or at the agreed upon time. Today I had a 6 o’clock appointment. I stayed until 6:20 before walking out as it was still going to be a few minutes before I could get my haircut. Not sure why I continue to spend my money here. Most of the ladies are nicer than they’re good at cutting hair and I am easy to please.

I called ahead and they said that I could come in right away to get an appointment. I believe I had Mary help me. She was amazing! Super friendly and knew what she was doing. She did an amazing job and had a ton of patience. Everyone in there was making the atmosphere super comfortable and I will definitely be back!

I’m generally weary of going to salons because most times I go in and leave disappointed with spending way more money than I would have wanted. I went in making a big change to my hair. Going a strawberry blonde over natural roots and box dye from a few months ago. Also taking off five inches. I had Tonya and she was incredible. My roots took on a totally different color than the rest of my hair and she could see the slight panic. She added toner and took the time to get me the look I wanted, it ended up being three hours she spent with me. The salon was very busy but she made sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. With the length of my hair, the products used, and time it took; it was wonderfully priced. Glad to say I finally have a pleasant salon experiance and I’ll definitely be going back the next time I need my hair done.

I had an appointment a couple of months ago at 10am and was not taken back til 1pm it then took 4 hours for highlights that fried my hair; and instead of giving me a trim like I asked she took about 7 inches off of my hair. I filed a complaint and refuse to go back. My fiancé got his hair cut their last week and when he came home he had long hairs sticking out all over his head and his shave was uneven after getting a very short cut. I had to fix it for him the best that I could. Apparently the stylist was more worried about being overly friendly than doing her job properly.. He said he figured since it was a men’s cut they couldn’t really mess it up. Unfortunately he learned his lesson the hard way. He ended up going to another salon to have it fixed the right way as I could only do so much with as uneven as it was from the shaver. I would recommend my child before this salon.
