Had appointment at 10am, store didnt open until 11am. I waited patiently outside the storefront for the person that finally arrived, while they opened and set up. I brought my kids in to get their hair cut. My daughters hair wasn’t cut straight on the ends of her hair. It was noticably diagonal in the back. My sons hair had some stray hairs that stood out on top that were significantly longer than the rest. I’m used to leaving there satisfied and unfortunately I didn’t look them over before I left. I gave three stars since my past experiences there were decent.

Stood there for 10 minutes while employees were in backroom. Then when they finally came out and asked me what I needed. I told her I would like a cut and color. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. She then walked to the register and told me no problem then started writing in the appointment book for appointments hour and a half and 2 hours away then looked up at me and told me they didnt have time to cut or color. At least they could of offer to just cut my hair then but no that wasnt even an option. Very disappointed with the employees that they have there now.

I love it!!! I walked in with a long thick mess. Rachel was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She kept a conversation and continuously kept asking if i was ok with what she was doing even though i told her what i wanted it was such a big change she wanted to make sure i was ok. Very friendly and i absolutely love my new improved look. I was a little skeptical about it being a wal mart salon but they definitely gained a return customer! Very pleased with the whole experience. The salon was clean and the ladies were just great!

Went in on thursday august 29,2019. And there was one beautician and the manager there. The manager was busy dying her hair and the beautician had another client trying to get her services, as she was washing the clients hair, the manager told the client to hold on so the beautician could wash her hair out. Meanwhile two of us are sitting waiting to be taken care of. After she washed the managers hair she finished the client she was working with. The two of us waiting had to then wait again so she could get the toner washed out now by the beautician. How unprofessional can a manager be to step in and put herself in front of paying customers. The beautician kept apologizing. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, her name was Barbie and the beau t icans name was Kerry. This was at the smartstyle in princeton, Illinois inside walmart.
