My stylist service and price was fine but I saw the manager not being transparent with pricing. One was an elderly person who was overchared in the end. The other was a mom who was trying to get a quote for her daughter but she wouldn’t give her a straight answer. The manager needs to get with the times and understand people are on a budget these days and this old school bait and switch form of pricing in salons doesn’t go over well anymore.
