The person on the phone who made the appointment told me that they did know how to do a reverse pixie cut, but when I got there, the young lady had never heard of it. There was only one stylist there that day. Although I paid for a cut and style, there was very little styling done. Sometimes I have gotten a great cut and style at this salon however.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDid this place change management or something? Been going here for years always just get a trim and highlighted crown to cover graying. Did not see anyone I recognized and the girl didn’t have lots of color experience. Did not use any fouls slapped the color on my hair and it came out orange red and my ends copper blonde. Went back to have it fixed they charged me again over 100 dollars and put me back with the original girl who I was not happy with the first time. Requested shortstyle…final result length below shoulders… either it was the owner or the stylists gentleman friend that came in staring daggers at her and myself and I could feel she rushed because of it…making me extremely uncomfortable. This salon is actually zero stars…not recommended. No, I did not ask for a repair because the end result could have been worse. Not recommended at all. There’s nothing left to cut to straighten out the jagged lengths my hair was cut into from my last visit to this smartstyle salon. I was very upset when I got home and saw 2″ long sections with chunks of 4″ long hair sticking out. I paid for shampoo and style but should have spent it on a flow-bee. I wonder what the stylist thinks when they give someone a haircut like they did mine. I would be embarrassed to claim it.

Not the other employee who came in with a nasty messy bun and tousled her hair up when she got into work, I believe that is unprofessional and u should look up kept when u come to work as a HAIRSTYLIST. I think her name was she was my stylist and I provided a photo of her work and she did what I asked and nothing was done wrong where you wonder to yourself “what is she doing” nope, everthing was done great, and out of 19.75 years of living I’d say this is one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten.
