Critical: Quality, ValueIf you are Africa American decent or other decent RUN NOW!! DO NOT go here. I walked in on Thursday just to get my ends trim and the “professional” hairstylist Daisy proceeded to “trim” my ends and completely butchered my hair. I went home and washed my hair one part of my hair is shorter than the other. My hair is a complete mess. I called next day to request the manager and refund and of course there’s no manager there. The stylist should have simply told me that she wasn’t comfortable cutting my hair and I would have gladly gotten up and went somewhere else with no problem. Now I’m stuck with hair looking horrible and all they can do is offer is to come back and “fix” it. I was happy with my hair cut and still a few days later! While the staff was friendly and talkative, the one cutting my hair seemed to bash the other customers (3 years old I think) for crying during their hair cut. She also talked with her friend (also a coworker) who was visiting. Wish she wasnt so distracted. But $17 for a shampoo and cut is bad at all!
