Had an 11:30 appointment on Monday because my wife has knee injections in Spearfish at 11:40. Called 2 days prior…the lady said we usually don’t take appointments on Mondays (just walk ins) but would go ahead and do it. She said she doesn’t get there til 11. Ok..perfect. Got there and the lady had someone in the chair and said I missed my appointment at 10:30! How could that be if you don’t get there til 11?? Then said the next spot was at 2! If you don’t take appointments on Monday and made an exception…how does this work? Lol. Flat out lied about the entire deal. Absolutely ridiculous. Was some new girl I hadn’t seen before…then was rude on top of that to me.

Had an appointmenime set and I showed up prior to appointment time. As soon as I walk in 1 employees left saying she needed to duy something. 2 minutes later a 2nd employee left after standing and gossiping with I assume the manager. well 2 out of 3 to go. so I ask if there was any other place to get my hair done since they were all busy and left so they could be busy. Mind you I was the only other person besids the 3 employees. Very poor customer service. Would not ever use again or reccomend.

We were walk-ins and Bernice stayed late to cut my 90-year-old mother’s hair so she would look nice for her sister’s funeral the next day. My mom is in assisted living, and pandemic restrictions had prevented her normal cut and perm schedule. Her hair was a mess! We asked for just a quick bang trim, but Bernice took the time to cut and style her hair. We can’t thank her enough for her sensitivity to the situation and for making our mother look lovely.

I’ve brought my son here for a few years now. The ladies were are always so welcoming and upbeat. Even if there was a wait it was always worth it. I loved it so much that when I became a stylist and started working here too! The ladies we have right now are so caring about each client that sits our chairs. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when you walk out. The team atmosphere is amazing, if your stylist isnt available we are all more than happy to take you and give you the cut or color you love!
