Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled online the day before. I drove 75 miles and went to check in a little early. She said I didn’t have an appointment and I got a cancelation email. She didn’t ask my name or anything. I only received the confirmation email. She was rude and said she didn’t have any openings until 4pm and the online is not a guarantee of the appointment. This was in Aberdeen South Dakota. I would NOT recommend this place. They might be good but I couldn’t even get a chance. Only reason I was trying them was that my normal local hair dresser is out with medical issues. Really need the cut for a wedding. I will not ever try them again. Been here twice both times there was not a single person in there other then me plus to hair dressers and they told me they don’t have time to cut hair !! What the hell the people is that not why you are there is to cut hair . Go to plant hair in Aberdeen was nicer place and they will cut your hair
