I believe her name is Alexis who cut my teenage son’s hair today. He is walking around with his hood up because he is mortified at being seen with this haircut. We brought in a picture of what he wanted. The cut was not even close. First, it was too short and was not undercut. It was a gradual blend from bottom to top. The bangs are crooked in 3 places. There was no definite line between the top and the sides like the picture either. She admitted to the bangs being crooked and offered to cut them shorter again after her current client’s hair was done. She would not admit that the sides were done wrong and blamed the reason for the difference being because we were not Korean like the picture. I told her race doesn’t prevent a cut from being wrong but she insisted. I will never go back to Smart Styles again or their offensive stylists!

Went in to fix up my hair and wanted it evened out, the lady looked mean and sisnt really talk. left huge chunks of hair uncut uneven and just looked horrible. I left a tip even . Went home looked at it more and it was horrible !!! Called went back got it fixed by the lead hair stylist. Told me to come in at 515 got in the chair at 535.. when there was one person there . The receptionist was rude and snooty the lead hair stylist was a little rude / not talking to me untill I started convo. All in all she did better and was sweet but would NEVER come back here ever . Lesson learned. Go to a professional salon .

Was going to make an appointment, but when I looked at their wait time it said “10 minutes” so I figured I’d just pop over. I got there about 4:00 – two hours before closing. I checked the wait time again as I was walking up to the doors (Yes, I had refreshed the page) – it said “10 minutes.”. When I was met at the front desk, I was told they were booked for the rest of the day. I told them about the online wait posting, and they offered no apologies or explanations. Just told me to come back tomorrow, as if I have every day off the week free. Don’t trust their website (Great clips website was honest, at least, and said it 106 minutes . . . . ). Pretty sure they just want people to walk into Walmart and buy stuff, whether they have open appointments or not. I’m never going to bother trying them again.

I have been to the salon many times, I do not prefer one artist over the other. They are all very friendly and know their job very well. And if there’s a wait , it’s usually very accurate on the estimate they give you. I took my kids there this morning and even with my son being a handful, the job got done with patients and ease.

I booked 2 online haircuts for my husband and son. I got 2 confirmation emails. They said they had to reschedule because there was only one booked. I have 2 confirmation emails. They rescheduled them for the following Tuesday. They went to the apt to find they were closed.
