My grandma came in the other day to get her hair cut and a perm and when she came to visit us the next day, we noticed her hair was botched. She was so upset with her haircut so we called the manager and let her know what happened and that she would really like a refund. Not only that but she was also overcharged. My grandma and I came in to speak with the manager the day after we got off the phone and the women who cut her hair came around the corner and started to belittle my 82 year old grandma and tried to defend her whack job of a hair cut. I’m glad I came along with my grandma or else she would have been bullied. Super unprofessional of this I’ll mannered stylist(Jennifer) and the manager(Jasmine) for letting their staff member treat my grandma like that.
